Whether you are ready to book or just have a question, we would like to hear from you. You can contact Tylurs com by phone, by email or through the booking form on this page, and a member of our team will help you find the right appointment.
Ways to book a physiotherapy appointment
- Booking form. The quickest way to book a physiotherapy appointment is the form above. Tell us briefly what is bothering you and when you are free.
- Phone. Call us during the opening hours shown on this page if you would prefer to talk things through or are not sure which appointment you need.
- Email. Good for general questions that are not urgent, such as whether we treat a particular problem.
Not sure what to book? Have a look at the services we offer or the problems we commonly treat, from lower back pain to ankle sprains. If none of them quite fits, choose “Not sure yet” on the form and let us work it out with you.
What happens after you send the form
Most enquiries are answered within one working day. Usually a member of our team will call to confirm a time that suits you, ask a few questions about your problem and check whether there is anything we should know before your visit. You will then receive confirmation of your appointment.
Occasionally the best answer is that physiotherapy is not the right starting point. If what you describe would be better assessed by your GP, Tylurs physiotherapists will say so and point you in the right direction.
Preparing for your physiotherapy appointment
Reading our guide to your first physiotherapy appointment beforehand takes the guesswork out of the visit. It helps to bring a list of any medicines you take, reports from recent scans or tests, and any exercise instructions from your surgeon if you are coming for rehabilitation after surgery.
Changing or cancelling an appointment
Plans change. If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can by phone or email. The more notice you give, the more likely we can offer your slot to someone else and find you a new time quickly.
Accessibility, chaperones and other requests
Please tell us when you book if you have any access needs, use a mobility aid, need information in a different format or would like extra time. A relative, friend or carer can come in with you, and you can ask for a chaperone at any appointment. Tell us too if you would rather see a physiotherapist of a particular gender. We will do our best to make your visit comfortable.
This is not an emergency service
Please do not use the booking form, email or voicemail for urgent medical problems, as they are not monitored around the clock. Call the emergency services, or go to your nearest emergency department, straight away if you have:
- chest pain or sudden breathlessness
- signs of a stroke, such as a drooping face, weakness in one arm or slurred speech
- back pain with numbness around your genitals or bottom, or loss of bladder or bowel control
- a serious injury, such as a suspected broken bone
For symptoms that are urgent but not life-threatening, contact your GP or local urgent care service.
How we use the details you send
Tylurs com only uses the details you send to respond to your enquiry and arrange your care. Our privacy policy explains how we store and protect your information. When you are ready, book a physiotherapy appointment.
