Terms of Use

These terms of use set out the rules for using Tylurs com, including how online booking requests work, who owns the content on the site and the limits of our responsibility. Please read them carefully before using the website.

Last updated:

Tylurs com is the website of Tylurs Physiotherapy (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms of use apply to everyone who visits or uses the website. Please read them together with our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal information, and our medical disclaimer, which explains the limits of the health information on the site.

Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Tylurs com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. If you use the website on behalf of someone else, such as a child or a relative you care for, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Using our website

You may use the website free of charge for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, such as learning about physiotherapy and requesting an appointment.

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time, for example for maintenance or to reflect changes to our services. You are responsible for the device, software and internet connection you use to access it.

Booking requests

Submitting a booking or contact form on our website sends us a request. It is not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when a member of our team contacts you directly to agree a date and time.

When you make a booking request:

  1. Give accurate contact details so that we can reach you.
  2. Keep health details brief. You can discuss your symptoms fully at your appointment.
  3. Do not use the form for urgent or emergency medical matters, because it is not monitored for emergencies.

Our clinic policies, including those on consent to treatment, fees and payment, apply to any appointment you attend. We will explain the relevant policies when we confirm your booking, and you are welcome to ask questions at any time.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Cancellations, rescheduling and missed appointments are handled in line with the clinic’s current policy, which we explain to you at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please let us know as early as possible so that the time can be offered to another patient. You can reach us using the details on our contact page.

Intellectual property

The content on Tylurs com, including text, exercise guides, illustrations, graphics, logos and page design, is owned by or licensed to Tylurs Physiotherapy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages for your own personal use, and you are welcome to share links to our pages. You must not:

  • copy, republish or sell our content for commercial purposes without our written permission
  • change our content or present it as your own
  • remove any copyright or other notices
  • use our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests we endorse you or your organisation

Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to:

  • use the website in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent
  • submit false, misleading or malicious booking requests or messages
  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system
  • use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the website
  • send spam, harassment or abusive content through our forms or by email

We may block access or take other appropriate action if we believe these terms have been broken.

Information you send us

When you send us information through a form or by email, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send us another person’s health information without their permission, unless you are acting for them as a parent, guardian or carer. We use the information you send in line with our privacy policy.

We will never publish a testimonial, review or comment in your name without your permission. If you send us ideas or suggestions about our website or services, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Our pages link to other websites, such as health organisations, for further reading. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Including a link is not an endorsement of the site or the organisation behind it.

Health information and limitation of liability

The health content on this website is general information, not medical advice, and is covered by our medical disclaimer. Always seek a personal assessment before acting on it.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Any treatment you receive at our clinic is governed by the professional standards and clinic policies that apply to that care, not by these website terms.
